Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us the right to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary for the operation of the platform.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activities.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for violating these Terms.

Refund Policy

You can claim a refund on yearly subscription payments within 30 days of each payment. You will received a pro-rated amount based on how much time of the yearly billing period was used on the day the refund request was made. Please email [email protected] with an explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Refunds are not available for monthly subscription payments. Please cancel your subscription to stop future payments.

After a refund has been processed, your access to the paid features of your Huge account will be deactivated.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
